Okay, so really its beyond past time to get fit. But I'm getting really tired of being overweight and of not having enough energy and all that stuff that goes with it. My daily diet really stinks and I drink too much soda. Way too much soda. I don't own a scale, but I'm looking to drop probably at least 60-70 pounds (and I'd still technically be overweight, but I'd be a much smaller amount overweight) and I'd like to lose at least four sizes in clothing. I'd love to be around 160 pounds and a size 12-14. That'd be totally awesome!
So today I am going to start the plunge. We are going bowling this morning, which could be a decent workout, but I don't plan on bowling - the main reason we are going is because our oldest son has 2 free games that he can do each day at the bowling alley.
I plan to do some housework, like folding clothes and doing dishes. Nothing of which is major workout stuff, but honestly, its more than I generally do while I'm at home. I also plan to play catch with Anthony and Jonathan later today. And then, I also would love to take a walk with the kids this evening after dinner, but we'll have to see how that goes.
I'll check back in and update how the day went.
